Peaceful location, well equipped accommodation, free use of washing machine and free Wifi. Gift on departure of local produce appreciated and made us feel good as only had a 2 night stay. Welcome and farewell from Vlad especially friendly.
Low pressure on shower. These comments are suggestions for consideration and not true criticism as they did not impact on the quality of our stay. Low occupancy so why put us right next to couple with small baby although child was incredibly quiet. Lack of privacy on front balcony with access to upstairs units in our face. Building work was noisy. Misleading to say laundry room as access (for which we were appreciative) is to 2 machines and no dryer and no place to hang washing.

Good and clean albergo, big appartment, friendly staff, even when I arrived late. Secured parking for cars and lovely location with a view over the countryside..

Friendly staff and nice location. We did a bbq one night and the staff lad on the wood and got the bbq going for us which was excellent. Great views and the aromas from the trees and fruits was fantastic.
Swimming pools not heated and hot tub was also freezeing. So, kids couldn't go in the water which was a shame as pools looked nice, albeit needed cleaning more often. Surprised not to receive any kind of welcome pack in the room. Grass was very long and needed to be cut, which was done at the end of our stay.

It is situated very closely to the sea. The staff tried to do its best.
It does not became clear that this is an agriturismo just for families with small children and dogs. One morning a dog just stood in our living room. After one night we changed the appartment because of the noise of the children. If you are looking for a quiet place for your holiday this certainly is not the right one. Just a few metres away is the ss1 (sort of highway) with a lot of traffic. Breakfast was ok but too expensive.

The people who attended us were charming, friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The environment was lovely. San Vincenzo is a nice seaside town and the Podere is ideally located for visits to the Bolgheri vineyards which was the object of our visit. We left with a feeling of total satisfaction. An absolutely excellent stay for my wife and me.
